About Pepe

Pepe Porrata is the Chief Operating Officer for Capital One Canada. In this role, he has overall accountability for the operations function, including Servicing, Loss Mitigation, Marketing Operations, and the Business Risk Office for the company’s Canadian Card business. Pepe has a strong track record of delivering innovative, customer-focused solutions that have improved efficiency while also driving increased customer satisfaction. Since joining Capital One in 1999, Pepe held various leadership roles in the company’s US Card division where he managed Marketing Operations, Servicing and Business Risk functions. Pepe is an active member of the community and is dedicated to helping kids achieve their potential. Most recently, he served as President of the Board Directors for the William Byrd Community House. WBCH is a non-profit organization focused on delivering high quality educational, developmental and nutritional programs to children in the City of Richmond, VA. Prior to joining Capital One, Pepe served as a Naval Officer after earning his undergraduate degree from the United States Naval Academy in 1992. He and his wife have five children and they currently reside in Toronto, ON.
